Data Retention and Deletion

Retention windows

  • Active account profile and content data are retained while the account remains active.
  • Audit and moderation records are retained for security and compliance purposes.
  • Support tickets are retained to track issue history and service quality.

Account deletion process

  1. User requests deletion at support@academy.efaix.com from their account email.
  2. Support verifies ownership and confirms deletion request.
  3. Account is deleted and associated private files are removed by backend cleanup routines.
  4. Non-personal aggregate analytics may be retained.

Target completion for deletion requests: within 30 days.
