Retention windows
- Active account profile and content data are retained while the account remains active.
- Audit and moderation records are retained for security and compliance purposes.
- Support tickets are retained to track issue history and service quality.
Account deletion process
- User requests deletion at support@academy.efaix.com from their account email.
- Support verifies ownership and confirms deletion request.
- Account is deleted and associated private files are removed by backend cleanup routines.
- Non-personal aggregate analytics may be retained.
Target completion for deletion requests: within 30 days.
