By using EFAIX Academy, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Acceptable Content Policy.

Account and access

• You are responsible for your account credentials and activity under your account.
• We may suspend accounts for abuse, fraud, policy violations, or legal risk.

Content and licenses

• You retain ownership of your content but grant EFAIX a license to host, display, and distribute it in Academy services.
• You must have rights to all text, media, and code you publish.
• Automated scraping, bulk copying, or redistribution of Academy content without permission is prohibited and may be unlawful.

Service availability

We may update, pause, or discontinue features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
